Radio Centre is a 100% locally owned business, open since 1948 in Regina, Saskatchewan.  We strive to provide a perfect customer experience with every person that walks in the door of our Warehouse District doors.  What began as a small radio shop has transformed into a full consumer electronics store with products ranging from home theatre audio/video to iPods to portable electronics.  With a fully authorized Service and Repair Centre, and a willingness to support our customers for the life of their purchase, Radio Centre has an ability to develop strong relationships with our customers.  Customer service is not dead, it is just hiding…at Radio Centre.

Tim Parsons

I was introduced to the world of electronics retail in 1983 as an employee at Sears in the Cornwall Centre, downtown Regina. In the summer of 1985, I was hired by Phil Rouleau, owner of Radio Centre(at that time), to run the RCA CED movie disc rental division of the store on 521 Victoria Ave. You remember CED movies right? They looked like records, but they played on an RCA CED player that produced video as well as a stereo soundtrack. Well, within the span of a few months, VHS and laserdisc took over and the CEDs went the way of the dinosaurs. This forced me to quickly learn to become proficient in sales as well as learning how to perform the many other tasks associated with running a retail store. In 1999 Phil decided to retire from the business and offered it to Rene Fahlman and I which we accepted. It has now been over 25 years, 11 as an owner and I can’t say enough good things about my job. I can truly say that I look forward to getting up in the morning to go to work, because my reward is putting smiles on the faces of the people we deal with each day.

Rene Fahlman

Rene graduated from S.T.I  Radio/Television  Servicing in 1981,working with various companies until 1987 when was hired on at The Radio Centre as a service technician.  In 1999 along with co-worker Tim Parsons purchased the company from then owner Phil Rouleau.

Joe Hadesbeck

Joe has been in the Audio/Video industry for 12 years now, the last 3 with Radio Centre, his main duties are delivery and installation, including custom install and home theater design. When not on a call Joe can help with any sales questions.

Phil Johnson

Phil has been with Radio Centre now for 2 years and is a important part of the install team.

Phil brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous job with Sasktel on the wiring and install side, plus he is very handy when it comes to wood working and alike. Phil is usually out with Joe and Kris on an install but can also be found helping in the store from time to time as well.

Kris Hadesbeck

Kristopher is the new guy at Radio Centre as he has been at the store for a year now. Kris is a big part of the delivery and install team, working with Joe on a daily basis and continues to learn more and more about the industry everyday.
